Question: How do i set automatic response message in Outlook?
Answer:
First, open notepad or word the type the response message.
Then save as 'vacation.txt' on your pc.

For Outlook express :

Go to Tools -> Message Rules -> Mail
On Mail tab, click New.
On the first part (Condition), check the box for the 'all email' option.
On the middle part (Action), check the box for 'Reply with Message'
On the bottom part (Rules), click on the 'message' link and select vacation.txt that you just created.
Then you can rename the Rules to : Automatic Response
Click Ok

For Microsoft Outlook:

Tools -> Rules Wizard
Click on 'New'
Choose 'Start from blank Rules' -> Tick on 'Check messages when they arrive'
Next - > Tick on 'Where my name is in to box'
Next -> Tick on 'Reply using specific template', then in the box below, click on the 'specific template' link and put your email address
